Who covers the return costs:

If we have made a mistake, for example if we have sent you the wrong product or something was damaged during shipping, please write us a short email. We will of course cover the shipping costs.

If you change your mind and the item was not the right one, you as the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This way, everyone only pays the return shipping costs they actually incurred.

Defects or incorrect delivery:

We are sorry that it happened like this! Please send us a photo and a short message by email as soon as possible. Our customer service will find the best possible solution for you.

Of course, you can still exchange the item if you have already opened the bag. Send us a quick email and we will find a solution for you.

Can I return my order?

You can return or exchange products purchased from us within 14 days of the purchase date. For hygienic reasons, the right of return only applies to unopened goods. We therefore seal all piercings individually in a foil bag or with a sealing sticker.

The right of return does not restrict your statutory right of cancellation , but is intended to give you the opportunity to buy gifts early and exchange them if necessary.

How do I use the right of return?

You can create the return form for your return under My Account. If you don't have a printer, you can also send us your items back this way. Please do not forget to include the order number and your name on your return.

You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods under your right of return. If you wish, we can create a return label for you, for which we will deduct €4.95 from your refund. You can also simply send your products back to us; please just make sure that you use an insured shipping service with tracking.

  • The processing time for your return is 2-3 days after delivery. We will inform you by email as soon as we process your return.
  • If you have decided to have the amount refunded, it may take up to 3 days for the money to be credited, depending on the payment option (e.g. PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Unfortunately, returns without sufficient postage cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  • Self-designed products are manufactured individually and are therefore unfortunately not returnable.
