What shipping do we offer?
We ship your order with DHL Warenpost or DHL Paket, depending on the value and packaging size. Both options include shipment tracking.
Where do we ship and how much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany:
Shipping costs: 2.90€
Free shipping: from 30€
Shipping to other EU countries:
Shipping costs: 5.95€
Free shipping: from 50€
Shipping outside of the EU:
Shipping costs: 6.95€
Free shipping: from 50€
How long does shipping take?
The delivery time for orders within Germany via our shipping partner DHL is usually 2 to 3 working days. We ship orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday on the same day if possible.
The delivery time within the EU via our shipping partner DHL is 3 - 8 working days.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your package is handed over to the shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In the shipping confirmation you will find a DHL tracking number with which you can track the status of your shipment online.
Customs notice :
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
